We have a career for you. We are looking for a self-motivated, driven, enthusiastic person to join the Northcoast sales team as a Territory business development manager in the northern Washington market. Applicants need to possess good communication skills, time management, follow up skills, organizational skills, be self motivated, and also be coachable. We are not looking for someone to just manage accounts, we are looking for someone to drive new business and grow an already established territory. Our Company is a Manufacturer's Sales Agency hired by manufacturers in the Safety, Industrial and MRO fields. Our focus is to work directly with partners to promote product solutions our manufacturers offer to the following industries: Construction, Transportation, Government, Manufacturing, Higher Education facilities and Utilities We work hand in hand with some of the most recognizable brands to promote their products to the market. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling and networking. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, effectively communicating value to potential customers. Execute B2B sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase brand awareness. Upsell products and services to existing customers, ensuring they are aware of all offerings. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A QUALIFIED SALESPERSON
Ambitious, Self starter, coachable Someone willing to put in the sweat equity. Someone that is willing to find new business and be a team player. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong skills in cold calling and lead generation. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential customers. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
