Full Job Description General Purpose:
The Inside Sales Development Representative position is the front door to increasing Regal's market share and revenue by achieving sales deliverables and profitability goals within the assigned region. Logistics experience is helpful but not required. Speed to landing opportunities is key. Our compensation program offers a bonus structure based on qualified handoffs and successful meeting opportunities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Hunter mentality with a focus on new customer logos acquisition Executing plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving company sales goals and profitability Conducting research on Business opportunities, data analysis, and growth enablement along with what we already have listed Maintaining successful and ongoing business relationships and goal achievement Achieving quarterly and annual sales goals Maintains a thorough knowledge of all Regal services Executes sales initiatives, while leveraging operations and resources to deliver profitable growth Contributor and participant in sales training programs that enable achieving company sales objectives Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions utilizing Salesforce CRM Monitor industry trends, customer, market and competitor activity while providing feedback to the leadership team and relevant company stakeholders Participate in strategic sales opportunities Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners Participate in account planning and development Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, sales potential, and pricing competitiveness Communicates frequently with customers to ensure satisfaction, while communicating with operations for corrective action opportunities Represents Regal at tradeshows and industry related meetings to promote services Monitor and regularly manage pipeline to ensure sales leads are progressing through funnel Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Competency in supply chain, logistics, and transportation preferred Proficiency in warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce fulfillment preferred Background in effectively prospecting, presenting, and account development Excellent oral and written communication skills. There is an art to communicating over the phone. Strong strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills Strong level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across cross functional departments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure in an efficient manner without close supervision while meeting agreed upon deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and CRM applications including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc. Ability to travel frequently and on short notice

Training:
