TruFit is a local staffing and recruitment firm focused on filling full time placements via Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire placements. This role will be 25% office / 75% field sales and require cold calling / in-person client interaction on a daily basis, learning the TruFit way, honing your sales and client retention skills, and becoming an employment expert. We're looking for a grinder, someone who thrives on constantly learning new things, and can make a small team greater than the sum of its parts. If that's you this job is for you! Realistic expectations are 30 B2B in person cold calls a day, and rarely walking away with an order on the first try. An ideal day is making two to three calls that each last over an hour and turning one into a long term client that relies on TruFit as a strategic business partner for their hiring needs.

Fife, WA home base with focus on South King County sales territory

Compensation :

$50k base plus Uncapped Commission + Bonuses (Estimated $65k

•$80k first year) 100% employer paid Medical / Dental Auto reimbursement / Company phone / Laptop Simple IRA with Employer Match PTO / Paid Holidays Job Responsibilities Qualifying leads in your market and convert them into happy customers Understanding the nature of the positions that need to be filled and communicating those details with internal recruiters Leveraging networks, trade organizations, and social media to promote the brand In person cold calling, text, phone, and email outreach Keep detailed records of interactions up to date in our CRM High EQ, effectively communicate and build relationships with clients Putting in the work, meeting your daily / weekly / quarterly goals and metrics Never stop learning, become an industry expert for the roles you are selling to Collaborate with recruiters and senior management to ensure your placements are within market expectations Cross sell current clients on different employment verticals TruFit recruits for Performing safety reviews to ensure our employees are working in high quality environments Ensure every interaction you have will leave a positive impression Requirements Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when new situations arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Qualifications 1 year B2B outside sales experience Comfortable navigating Google Workspace / CRM / ATS Experience with light industrial environments and positions Perceptive and open to working with individuals from all backgrounds Send your resume through to apply and we'll contact you for an interview!
