Chosen Innovations is an AT&T authorized retailer serving the Olympia- Lacey area. We are currently looking for driven and motivated people to join our growing retail team as Sales Trainees. We help our clients expand their presence in retail stores, connect with more customers, and grow their business through face-to-face marketing and sales. As a Sales Trainee, you'll play a key role in connecting everyday customers with technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. Sales Trainee Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers at in-store events, representing AT&T within our retail partners. Engage with shoppers, share information about products, services, and promotions, and answer any questions customers may have. Guide customers through the sales process, making product recommendations that meet their needs. Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and drive results. Attend daily meetings to stay updated on the latest client and product information, and to continue improving your sales and marketing skills.

Sales Trainee Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but not required. A positive, outgoing personality and ability to engage with a variety of people. A self-starter with a passion for sales Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment You don't need a sales background to get started.
