A Car or Vehicle Sales Representative develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, customer prospecting, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions, and explaining warranties and services. Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, and product testing. Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.

Job Description
Your responsibilities include:
Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits. Build long-term relationships with fleets, municipalities, contractors, and owner-operators. Identify customer needs and recommend truck specifications and vocational solutions. Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and purchase agreements. Manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system. Coordinate with Finance, Parts, Service, and Warranty departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Stay current on product knowledge, financing programs, and market trends. Represent RWC Group professionally in the community and at industry events. What We're Looking For Proven sales success with a passion for developing new business. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience in commercial trucks, heavy equipment, automotive, construction equipment, agriculture, industrial sales, or B2B sales is preferred. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. CDL or the ability to obtain one is a plus. Why Join RWC Group?
