Outside Sales Representative -
Granite & Stone Surfaces Location:
Mukilteo, WA (Covering Snohomish & King Counties)Compensation:
Base Salary + Uncapped High-Percentage Commission Overview Are you a self-motivated "hunter" who thrives on closing deals and building a book of business from the ground up? ProGranite is a premier stone fabrication and installation company based in Mukilteo, and we are looking for a high-energy Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint. Unlike a desk job, you will be in the field daily, visiting showrooms, networking with builders, and turning leads into beautiful finished projects. If you are a closer who prefers a heavy commission structure where your paycheck reflects your hustle, we want to talk to you.Key Responsibilities Showroom Development:
Identify and visit kitchen/bath showrooms, interior designers, and general contractors to establish ProGranite as their preferred fabrication partner.Lead Generation:
Proactively hunt for new residential and commercial projects through cold calling, site visits, and networking.Consultative Selling:
Meet with clients to understand their project scope, provide expert stone recommendations (Granite, Quartz, Marble), and take initial measurements.Closing:
Manage the full sales cycle from the first handshake to the final contract signature.Account Management:
Maintain long-term relationships with trade partners to ensure a steady stream of repeat referrals.Pipeline Management:
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow up diligently, and report on weekly sales targets. Skills & Qualifications The "Hunter"Mentality:
Proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales (Experience in construction, flooring, or home improvement is a massive plus).Negotiation Expert:
Comfortable discussing high-ticket price points and closing deals on the spot.Relationship Driven:
Ability to walk into a new showroom and build immediate credibility with industry professionals.Independent:
You will be managing your own territory; you must be disciplined, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM experience required).Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Snohomish and King County construction markets.Pay:
$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearWork Location:
