This is not traditional door-to-door sales. Our team is provided with specific homeowner addresses to visit. You'll meet with homeowners at their properties, introduce our remodeling services, identify potential projects, and help connect qualified homeowners with our remodeling specialists. You don't need to be a construction expert—we'll train you on our services, sales process, and communication strategies. What You'll Do is Travel in a company car to specific addresses and homeowner addresses Introduce homeowners to our remodeling and renovation services Build rapport and identify homeowners interested in improving their property Ask questions to understand their remodeling goals and priorities Generate qualified appointments for our sales/production team Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Track daily activity and follow the company sales process Consistently work toward individual and team goals.
