Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups effectively. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. Conduct test drives and assist customers in evaluating vehicles. Manage dealership inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate listings. Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth transactions. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Participate in outside sales events and community outreach to promote dealership offerings. Skills Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Familiarity with sales pipeline management techniques to optimize lead conversion. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs. Experience working in a dealership environment is advantageous. Knowledge of inventory control processes to maintain accurate vehicle records. Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment, actively seeking new business opportunities. A passion for automobiles and staying informed about industry trends.
