Andros Orthodontics

Treatment Coordinator / Sales & Community Outreach (Orthodontics)

Entry-Level JobVerifiedNo experience needed

Job Description

CALLING ALL SALESPEOPLE
If you are good at sitting across from someone, earning their trust, and asking for the decision, we want to talk to you. You do not need a health care background. You need to be able to sell. Andros Orthodontics is a private, doctor-owned practice in Pasco. We are looking for someone who can sit down with a family, explain the doctor's plan, and help them decide to start. This is a consultative sales seat in a health care setting. Do it well and you are paid like it.
WHAT YOU DO
Meet every new patient family. Take their records, explain the plan in plain language, build a financial option that fits their budget, and ask for the start. Own the follow-up. Most families need more than one conversation before they commit. You are the person who keeps that door open. Get out of the building. Dental offices, school events, health fairs. Someone already organizes them. You turn those rooms into consultations.
THE WEEK
Three days in the clinic, the rest out in the community. A real 40 hours, not more. You and Dr. Andros build the week together. A few events land on an evening or a Saturday.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
You are comfortable talking about money, and can say the monthly payment and the total out loud without flinching. You follow up until you get an answer. You speak Spanish. You will run consultations and explain payment plans in Spanish every week. You are willing to tell a parent their child is not ready yet. No orthodontic experience needed. We train all of it and we pay for your certifications.
WHAT WE PAY
$50,000 to $120,000 a year. An hourly base plus a quarterly bonus on the treatment you help start. There is no cap, and we will walk you through the whole structure in the interview. Your first six months also carry a $9,000 retention bonus. Paid time off, retirement match, scrub allowance, paid continuing education and certifications, and discounted orthodontic options for employees and family.
TO APPLY
Send your resume. In the first line of your message, tell us about someone you kept following up with long after most people would have quit.
