Job Description
Astound is seeking Retail Sales Representatives I, II, and III to drive sales of high-speed internet, TV, and phone services to residential and small business customers. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage walk-in traffic and outbound prospects, assess connectivity needs, and recommend fiber-rich broadband, WiFi, and streaming solutions. You'll be responsible for meeting sales goals, processing orders, and delivering responsive, customer-first service.
