Job Overview Proline Roofing & Restoration is looking for a motivated and outgoing roofing sales representative to join our team. We are lookin for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, is comfortable meeting new homeowners every day and is motivated to grow and make connections. Previous roofing or construction experience is not required, we are willing to train someone who has the right communication skills, and desire to succeed. Duties Conduct outbound door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods. Introduce Proline Roofing & Restoration to homeowners. Identify potential roofing and exterior restoration opportunities. Schedule and conduct appointments and inspections. Collaborate with team members to share insights, refine sales strategies, and achieve collective targets Requirements Must be comfortable with door to door sales and direct homeowner outreach. Must enjoy meeting and talking with new people. Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively. Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling is advantageous but not required. Pay:

$86,600.00 - $200,000.00 per year
