About Kamora Marketing Kamora Marketing is an outsourced sales and marketing company that partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. Our team works in retail locations and community venues, educating the public about charitable causes and helping individuals enroll in recurring donation programs that make a long-term impact. This is a full-time, in-person position with paid training provided. No previous sales experience is required. What You'll Do Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations professionally Engage with members of the public through face-to-face conversations Educate potential donors about nonprofit missions and their impact Assist supporters with enrolling in recurring donation programs Work as part of a collaborative, goal-oriented team Develop communication, customer service, and sales skills through daily experience What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: Strong communicators or eager to improve their communication skills Comfortable working with and meeting new people Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable and professional Interested in developing skills that will benefit them throughout their career No experience is necessary. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching. Compensation Guaranteed base pay of $690 per week (W-2 employee) Uncapped commission on every new donor enrolled Typical weekly earnings range from $690 to $1,000+ , depending on performance Growth Opportunities We believe in promoting from within whenever possible.
