Responsibilities Actively engage with customers in retail stores and on route to promote products, upsell services, and enhance customer satisfaction Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions Manage automobile transportation logistics, including safe loading, unloading, and delivery of products while adhering to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices Conduct route driving efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining organized schedules for maximum productivity Apply pricing strategies accurately to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability Develop expertise in merchandising to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and route details to support organizational efficiency Demonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving or commercial driving is a plus Basic math skills for pricing calculations, inventory management, and order processing Ability to perform inspections and get on a ladder.
