This isn't just a "small window cleaning business." Our company is one of the largest home service businesses in the area. You will have room to grow both in income and title with us. What's expected: Attending sales meetings Selling to neighbors and area development Creating a list of commercial contacts through networking efforts Joining local org groups (bna, chambers) Following up on 20-30 leads a week generated by our marketing efforts Meeting with residential and commercial clients to provide estimates and follow up on service

Compensation:

Base pay+ draw from commission Benefits after 90 days of full-time employment No weekends or holidays required The average first year will be between $75,000 to $125,000 or more depending on your efforts Tons of other bonus opportunities About our
