Job Description
The Summit at Snoqualmie and Alpental is the Pacific Northwest's premier multi mountain ski resort, located 47 miles east of Seattle at Snoqualmie Pass. The property spans five base areas and 20 chairlifts across Summit West, Summit Central, Summit East, and Alpental within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. A four season operating model includes a mountain bike park and one of the most accessible ski destinations in North America. Boyne Resorts is the largest family owned, independent mountain resort company in North America, guided by five core values: Long Term Thinking, Excellence in Execution, Attitude is Everything, Developing Great People, and Serve First. You'll be responsible for developing, networking, and growing new business, as well as maintaining current and incoming accounts. You'll work to help achieve and surpass monthly department goals and objectives, as well as seasonal budgets and objectives. Responsibilities Job duties may include, but are not limited to: Long Term Thinking Represent The Summit at Snoqualmie as a leader in Washington state resorts to past, present, and future clients at all times. Assists with acquisition of new leads and markets Summit products and services via phone and email, trade shows and events, virtual meetings, member associations and networking. Excellence in Execution Provide excellent customer service to all clients through the entire group booking guest journey. Follows up on incoming leads and incoming requests for proposal Attitude is Everything Nurtures and maintains relationships with clients to generate additional sales Assists with the planning and production of special events and activities as needed. Serve First Assists as needed with third-party ticket sales, buyouts, appreciation activities, and other facilities bookings Work with group coordinators and internal stakeholders/departments to best meet guest and business needs Qualifications What we are looking for: Required Must display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as customer service skills Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to prioritize and organize work responsibilities and goals, as well as work with minimal supervision. Ability to meet objectives. Preferred Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system Experience skiing or snowboarding preferred, Intermediate to advanced Ski or Snowboard skills a plus. Experience gravel biking or mountain biking a plus.
