I bet you're tired of reading job posts so I'll keep it to the point haha. This is a commission-only sales position where you drive to painting and repairs estimates that get booked in your calendar by the marketing team. You get paid 6-8% of sales, which is around 30% of the profit, and we've got strong enough marketing to keep your calendar filled with 20 appointments a week. So realistically if you're closing 25% of them, at a $5,500 average job size (which is around our average), you can make $1,925 a week, basically $8,000 a month. Generally I'd say $70K

• 160K a year is fair.
