Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and community visits to promote our products and services Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs to recommend tailored solutions Utilize software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term partnerships Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and increase brand awareness within target territories Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction Lead by example in representing the company professionally during all outside sales activities Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, especially within construction, industrial, or technical sales fields Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively Experience with door-to-door sales strategies and customer engagement techniques Familiarity with marketing principles and lead generation tactics in a competitive environment Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate oneself and others toward achieving sales targets Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect confidently with clients from various backgrounds A clean and valid driver's license is required. Pre employment and random drug testing is required to drive a CMV.
