Greater Seattle Area or Spokane, WA | Pacific Northwest Territory | Exempt | Base Salary + Commission About the Opportunity EZ Loader is seeking a relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow business across the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will support dealers, distributors, and OEM customers by understanding their needs and connecting them with practical boat-trailer solutions. This position may be based in the greater Seattle area or Spokane and is a strong fit for a responsive, organized sales professional who enjoys building lasting partnerships and delivering measurable results. What You'll Do Build and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, OEM customers, and prospective accounts. Find new opportunities through referrals, research, outreach, customer visits, and industry events. Listen to customers, understand their goals, and recommend the right trailer products, options, parts, and solutions. Create accurate quotes and proposals, negotiate within company guidelines, and follow opportunities through the sales cycle. Achieve sales, margin, activity, and customer-retention goals through disciplined planning and follow-up. Stay current on products, pricing, lead times, warranties, market trends, and competitive advantages. Partner with Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, and Shipping to deliver accurate orders and responsive service. Maintain clear CRM or ERP records, sales forecasts, territory updates, and activity reports. Support customers after the sale and help resolve concerns with urgency, judgment, and professionalism. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Two or more years of sales, account management, customer service, or related experience is preferred. Experience in manufacturing, marine, powersports, automotive, trailer, or dealer-distribution sales is a plus. Strong communication, listening, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ability to learn technical products and explain their value in clear, practical terms. A customer-focused mindset with strong organization, follow-through, judgment, and attention to detail. Comfort using Microsoft Office and a CRM or ERP system. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for business travel.
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000 Base salary per year plus 1%-2% commission.

Regular travel throughout the Pacific Northwest sales territory and occasional overnight travel are required. A flexible schedule may include occasional evenings or weekends. The position regularly involves sitting, standing, walking, driving, and communicating by phone, video, email, and in person, and may occasionally require lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
