Full Job Description Description:
Mission Click, a sister company of SermonView, is looking for someone to own and grow the sales function for a new and expanding area of the business. The Sales role at Mission Click serves as a trusted guide for churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations as they evaluate their digital presence. This is not a traditional sales role focused on persuasion or pressure. Instead, this role is centered on clarity, integrity, and long-term relationship building . The goal is to help prospects make wise, confident decisions. You will be responsible not just for closing business, but for building a healthy, sustainable sales engine rooted in trust and clarity . What You'll Do Lead discovery calls with churches and nonprofits Guide conversations without pressure or persuasion Manage your pipeline in HubSpot CRM Clearly define next steps for every opportunity Disqualify poor-fit opportunities with integrity Collaborate internally to build proposals Help refine and improve the sales process over time We're looking for someone who is: A self-starter who takes ownership of their pipeline Comfortable leading thoughtful conversations Motivated to build and grow something , not just maintain it Key strengths: Strong communication and listening skills High integrity and personal ownership Comfortable asking direct questions (budget, decision-making) Self-motivated and disciplined Growth mindset and coachable Sales experience is helpful but not required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative or project coordination experience. High school diploma required; college experience a plus. Strong communication and listening skills High integrity and honesty Comfort asking direct questions about budget and decision-making Ability to stay calm and clear in complex conversations Self-discipline and consistency in daily work Coachable and eager to grow Sales experience is helpful but not required. (We're more interested in mindset, character, and willingness to learn.)
Travel:
3-4 times per year.
Compensation Structure:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, base salary + 3% starting commission on qualifying sales.

Work Schedule:
