Business Development Representative Details:

Direct Hire position $62,793.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Manage and grow a defined book of business Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent, proactive communication Build trusted, long-term customer relationships through regular calls, visits, and strategic follow-up Identify customer needs and provide thoughtful solutions across products, services, and programs Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Design) to execute customer initiatives efficiently Support onboarding of new accounts transitioned from Sales, ensuring a smooth and professional handoff Maintain detailed account notes, activity tracking, follow-ups, and forecasting with a high degree of accuracy Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and industry events as required Represent the company professionally within the local market and broader region

Business Development Representative Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related customer-facing role Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a smaller, satellite office environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
