Job Description

We're an established energy efficiency company with over 10 years of experience helping homeowners improve comfort and reduce energy costs. Through partnerships with state, federal, and utility programs, homeowners can qualify for free energy assessments and subsidized home upgrades in the attic such as insulation, air sealing, and ventilation improvements. We're growing quickly and seeking experienced, motivated closers to join our team of in-home attic efficiency advisors.
Overview:
As an In-Home Closer, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to perform simple attic energy assessments, explain available rebate programs, and help them take the next steps toward improving their home's efficiency. This is a consultative sales role — no door-to-door or cold calling. Appointments are scheduled in advance with interested homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Conduct basic attic inspections and present energy-saving recommendations. Educate homeowners on programs available to them. Build trust and guide homeowners through next steps to complete their energy upgrades. Manage appointments typically between 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (construction, home improvement or in-home sales preferred). Reliable transportation. Personal cell phone and laptop/tablet. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable. Strong communication and presentation skills.

G-eLE Compensation:
Full Commission — OTE $80,000-$250,000+ annually. Pre-set appointments with homeowners (no cold knocking). Bonus opportunities for top performers. Flexible schedule.
