What You Will Do Help customers select flooring or tile that fits their style, needs, and budget. Provide design advice, product recommendations, and color coordination. Build relationships with customers, builders, contractors, and designers. Prepare estimates, proposals, and sales orders. Manage customer projects from selection through completion. Follow up with customers and develop lasting relationships. Meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. What We Are Looking For Interior design, retail sales, or flooring industry experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. An eye for color, design, and detail. Confidence in recommending products and closing sales. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects. Willingness to learn about flooring products and installation.
