Compensation & Benefits for Outside Sales Representatives Commission on approved sales (paid half up front and half at completion) $125,000 - $200,000+ / year Monthly Volume Bonuses (based on revenue goals) Full Insurance Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision) Sales Support Staff (lead generation, customer service, inside sales, production) Training & Development Program W-2 position (NOT 1099) Company Issued Leads Provided Added percentage for self generated leads Opportunity for growth and advancement Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representatives Hard Working, Dedicated to their craft, ability to ask for the sale! Conduct exterior and interior inspection to discover pain points for the homeowner Convert Leads into Sales! Review Scope of work summaries and sign contract with homeowners Detail oriented, clean and precise paper work Apply for financing and capture down payment in the home Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver) Educate customers on the industry, products, the Square Oaks Way Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff Prepare & attend weekly sales meetings Follow Square Oaks' Sales Model, policies, processes, and procedures Qualifications for Outside Sales Representatives Experience with in-home sales (Preferred) Must have a reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures. Industry knowledge (preferred) Previous experience using a CRM platform required Experience following a documented consultative, sales system preferred Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.
