What You'll Do As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll: Represent nationally recognized brands through face-to-face customer interactions. Build relationships with new customers while educating them on products and services. Generate new business and help expand market share. Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first conversation through enrollment. Meet individual and team performance goals. Participate in daily sales training, mentorship, and leadership development. Collaborate with a high-energy team focused on continuous growth and success. What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a competitive mindset. Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to learn. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. 0-3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is a plus—but not required.
