PARTS ASSOCIATE
About theRole:
Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Parts Sales Associate. In this role you will be responsible for parts sales support, and other daily administrative tasks like invoicing and work order management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position. key duties and responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and phone calls within 24 hours. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to address inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate information to our customers and dealers. Create quotes and sales orders with precision and meticulous attention to detail. Utilize experience in order invoicing to ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Generate and manage shipping documents for orders, coordinating with carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Create and maintain work orders efficiently, ensuring all necessary details are accurately documented.SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness. Proficiency in working with parts manuals is preferred. Experience with order invoicing is an asset. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Previous experience working with shipping carriers such as UPS or FedEx is an advantage. Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE A
high school diploma or equivalent is required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an asset. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support, or administrative role. Familiarity with the construction equipment industry or related fields is a strong advantage.BENEFITS/PERKS
