Eric Spanton Agency , an independent agency with American Family Insurance , is looking for a Sales and Service Representative to join our team in Evansville, WI ! Company Overview The Spanton Agency is a local insurance agency that has proudly represented American Family Insurance since 2025. We are dedicated to assisting both personal and commercial clients in purchasing and maintaining insurance policies that effectively cover their financial risks. About the Role As our Sales and Service Representative , you'll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses on top of a competitive annual salary.

What You'll Do:

✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs ✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales ✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests

What We're Looking For:

✔ Licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life in the State of Wisconsin ✔ Customer Service with Sales Experience (insurance experience preferred but not required) ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset ✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems ✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
