This is a licensed position and applicants will need to complete the state required licensing requirements prior to starting with us. (online course and exam) We work with over 50 of the top life and health insurance companies to offer our clients the best possible insurance solutions for their specific and personal needs. We have a steady flow of customers calling into our offices for help daily. If you thrive in a competitive team environment this might be the position for you. We like to win big and win as a team!!!

  • Hourly pay + Bonuses (NO CAP on earnings) Duties Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide detailed product and service information to assist customers in making informed decisions Conduct needs analysis to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience Manage sales administration tasks, including order processing, documentation, and follow-up Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products and special offers during customer interactions Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback for analysis and improvement Maintain Sales and Lead cost metrics Uphold compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive information Experience Proven experience in sales or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions positively Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role Experience in insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus but not required Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, or other sales administration tools is preferred We want winners Prior exposure to outside sales or marketing initiatives enhances effectiveness in this position Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your career in sales!
