About the Role Sales Associate Onsite, Part-time / Full-time Front Desk Membership Sales Concessions Court Monitor Party Host All positions require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL SKY ZONE POSITIONS

Must be 16 years of age or older. Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success. Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours. This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus. Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time. Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

JOB DUTIES

Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members. Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Conduct sales and recommendation of products based on guest needs. Coordination of birthday parties and events. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks. Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis. Support team lead in all opening and closing park procedures. Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately. Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.
