We don't wing it. We provide a world-class, step-by-step methodology that is proven to close with a high average sale per lead.
High-Ticket Commissions:
Our average project size $35,000.
Aggressive Comp Plan:
8% with up to 4% extra in bonuses based on performance
Fast Pay Cycles:
Every 2 weeks The "Closer"
DNA:
You aren't an order taker. You know how to build value, handle objections, and ask for the check at the table.
Process Discipline:
You follow the script. You follow the demo. You trust the system because you know it works. The "Butt-Buster"
Work Ethic:
Our reps are in the field when homeowners are home. That means evenings and Saturdays. If you're looking for a 9-to-5, don't apply.
Reliability:
You have a professional appearance and a reliable vehicle. You show up to every appointment 5 minutes early.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Utilize CRM to manage leads, track activities, and update opportunities.
  • Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Engage in technical sales discussions to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Drive business development efforts to expand the company's market reach.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Utilize technology sales tools effectively to enhance productivity.
  • Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients.
  • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. ```Qualifications```
  • Proven experience in sales preferred but not required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems like Salesforce for managing customer interactions.
  • Experience in outside sales and account management is preferred.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
