This position involves performing inspections for qualified residential homeowners, helping them find solutions, and assisting them in selecting and buying turn-key services. Guardian Home Improvements is a locally owned, 30-year Milwaukee brand serving 30,000+ customers across roofing, siding, and windows. Daily activity includes meeting homeowners at their homes and performing exterior inspections including roofing, siding, and window elements. To be considered, you must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., climb ladders, inspect attics, and work outside year round. This is not an office job. Realistic first-year target:

Clear promotion track:
top performers move into Senior Advisor, Team Lead, and Sales Manager roles. A Day in the Life You start your day reviewing 2-3 pre-set appointments on your tablet. You drive (in your Guardian-provided vehicle) to a homeowner who has already requested an estimate. Inside the home, you listen, measure, inspect, educate them on options, and present a custom proposal built in our CRM. You close on the spot or run a tight follow-up cycle. You log the win, head home, and repeat tomorrow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Learn Guardian's systems to establish a high level of competency in Building Envelope Science. Learn Guardian's systems to establish a high level of competency in diagnosing and inspecting residential building problems, as well as specifying exterior remodeling options and solutions. Learn Guardian's systems to establish a high level of competency in customer communication and advisory systems. Meet and qualify opportunities. Confer with prospects to assess wants and needs and to determine requirements and options. Perform comprehensive inspections of homes including exterior building envelope elements, roof inspections, and attic inspections. Collaborate with the management team to understand customer requirements, promote company services, and provide support. Develop and present proposals for specific customer requirements after thorough inspection and diagnosis at the home. Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, and the latest product-line developments. Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of communication with customers and progression of opportunities. Meet or exceed personal improvement and continuing education expectations. What We're Looking For Customer-facing background: Experience in sales, customer service, or another role where you built trust with people face to face. In-home, in-person, high-ticket sales experience is a plus, but not required — we provide all necessary training for success.

Strong listener and presenter who builds trust quickly and can explain technical products in ways homeowners understand.
Tech-comfortable:
Comfortable using a CRM and a tablet-based proposal tool.

Requirements Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Willingness to travel daily throughout the Southeastern Wisconsin region (territory provided) Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., set up and use ladders, and perform roof and attic inspections Comfortable meeting clients in person and working outside year round in summer heat and winter cold Any type of building construction experience is helpful but not necessary Compensation Breakdown Realistic first-year earnings: $67,000 - $160,000 Top performer earnings: $160,000+

Bi-weekly draw + bonus on every close
