Sales Representative

Overview Join our team as a Sales Representative and ignite your passion for driving growth and building lasting customer relationships! In this role, The Sales Representative will identify, develop, and service customers. You will be responsible for generating new business, as well as retaining/growing existing customer base. You will serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing RFQs, quotes, orders, and account strategy. You will be communicating directly with our customers in order to establish, maintain, and grow relationships as well as schedule and pursue meetings and trips to visit potential customers. This position will begin with an extensive training program with hands-on experience in our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships through communication and site visits. Manage RFQs, quotes, pricing, and order transactions. Exposure and understanding of CNC machine tools and related equipment. Strong professional communication and presentation skills. 20-30% travel needed to visit customer sites. Bi-Lingual is a plus

Requirements:

Marketing and/or Business degree. Manufacturing experience helpful but will train. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent work ethic and ability and interest to assume greater responsibility Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check Ability to work on-site daily We're committed to supporting your growth through comprehensive training, ongoing development opportunities, and a team environment.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
