Job Description

Exciting opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative to join Omni Technologies, a well-established and constantly growing low-voltage technology contractor. We are seeking a self-motivated, well-organized and ambitious individual with sales experience to promote Omni's sales in Wisconsin. This position offers the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by focusing on bringing in new customers to drive business. A successful candidate will be a key ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish contact with existing customers, identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads. Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the Midwestern territory Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients Update client information in the company contact database Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth Generate sales projections
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or associate degree is preferred; however, an individual with experience will not be overlooked 3-5 years' experience in sales Driver's License and good driving record Ability to travel and work out of town as needed Ability to clearly communicate technical information to an audience that can be understood Good work ethic and strong organizational skills Self-motivated and comfortable working with little direction
Compensation:
Competitive salary, based on experience. Uncapped sales commissions
