Position Overview Under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales-related activities. Sales Coordinators will act as an extension of the field sales force to help the team achieve sales targets. Collaboration with other departments such as the customer care, marketing, and education departments is an important responsibility for sales coordinators. Coordinators will help facilitate sales leadership initiatives and follow up to ensure execution. By providing a variety of support services for sales representatives, strategic accounts, and sales management they allow for improved productivity within the sales department. Functions Offer dedicated support to assigned district(s)- single point of contact Event coordination for district education events Assist with sales team sample tracking and management Monitor Salesforce CRM for updates and communicate as needed Assist with data management of Salesforce CRM Coordinating onboarding and departures of sales team members (process involves interfacing with PC Support, HR, Customer Care, Analytics, Education, Marketing) Contact information list maintenance•mailing lists, distribution lists, IFS, and Master Sales Team spreadsheet Running new mailing and email lists for marketing team and shipping Coordinating sales team and speaker mailings for new products and literature Coordination of sales meetings including assisting with event logistics, tracking RSVP's, conference reservations and other preparation needs General data clean-up Monitoring/triaging the Sales inbox Process all sample/literature and event orders via IFS for the sales department Strategic account support Distribute and create sales reports using Salesforce CRM, Power BI and IFS Work closely with creative team on material requests for compliance team review and approval Manage all updates to files shared with the sales team for syncing to the team's iPads•as appropriate Working closely with Customer Care, respond to complaints from customers, and give sales support when requested Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements Assist with IFS Customer Relationship Management input and requested changes Work closely with sales leadership on territory strategy for education and new accounts Tour support (local and Professional Series) Work with Events team for appropriate recruitment for all education events Attend and assist at trade shows and educational events Qualifications Education & Experience B.
