Job Description

Job Summary Working with the Sales Manager and other sales staff, the position is responsible for all aspects of the sales function, including greeting, developing relationships with, providing information to, overcoming objections of, closing sales with customers, as well as long-term retention of customers.

Essential Functions:

Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units throughout the dealership. Advise customers by providing detailed, accurate and up-to-date information on products. Manage and monitor the sales process from start to finish. Establish and maintain customer relationships, including building confidence in the products and dealership. Identify and provide solution-based sales options for customers. Manage customer leads, responding to all inquiries in a timely fashion. Follow up with prospective leads and current and existing customers to continually build client base.

• Meet sales goals. Develop a productive relationship throughout the various dealership departments -- F&I, Accounting, Operations, Service, and Parts. Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods, including collection and recording of customer information in the dealership's management system and the customer relationship management system. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. Strong written and communication skills. Ability to track customers, inventory, and sales using software applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years power sports, marine or agriculture sales experience. Motorcycle Sales experience strongly preferred. Compensation Commission structure based on sales. Schedule Tuesday-Friday, 9:00AM-6:00PM Saturday, 9:00AM-3:00PM Closed on

Sunday and Monday Job Type:

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
