Daily Responsibilities:

Utilize our CRM and digital tools to generate showroom traffic and follow up with leads Assist customers in selecting the right powersports and marine products to fit their lifestyle and needs Guide customers through financing and purchasing options Conduct complete product demonstrations, walkarounds, and deliveries Maintain outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the sales process Build and maintain strong customer relationships Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Experience and Requirements:

Previous sales experience in powersports, marine, automotive, RV, outdoor recreation, or related industries preferred Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-oriented Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
