In this role, you'll work directly with customers in residential communities, introduce fiber services, answer questions, and guide interested customers through the sales process. You'll have the opportunity to build your communication and sales skills while working independently in the field. What You'll Do Meet and speak with potential customers in residential neighborhoods. Introduce products and services in a clear and professional way. Ask questions to understand customer needs and determine appropriate solutions. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers. Explain plans, pricing, and installation information. Manage your daily schedule and territory effectively. Work toward individual activity and sales goals. What We're Looking For Strong face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
