2992010032-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Sales and Service Representative to grow revenue and deliver outstanding field service for industrial and commercial customers. In this role, you will manage an assigned route, selling environmental and used-oil recycling services, parts-cleaning programs, and related solutions while ensuring regulatory and Safety-Kleen safety standards are met. You will build customer relationships, prepare quotes, complete service documentation, load/unload materials, and operate company vehicles. This position combines outside sales, hands-on service, and compliance-focused environmental stewardship with strong training and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Prospect, grow, and maintain a book of business within an assigned territory Sell environmental, used-oil recycling, and parts-cleaning services to industrial and commercial customers Provide scheduled on-site service, including equipment checks, product delivery, and waste pickups Operate company vehicles safely while loading, transporting, and unloading materials Ensure compliance with Safety-Kleen, DOT, and environmental regulations and procedures Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements; close sales to meet revenue targets Complete accurate service reports, manifests, and other required documentation Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and customer service to meet customer commitments Educate customers on safety, proper waste handling, and sustainability solutions Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills Outside sales and account management Industrial or B2 B customer service Environmental and hazardous waste handling basics Route planning and territory management Safe vehicle operation and DOT awareness Regulatory and safety documentation Basic math for quoting and pricing Use of CRM or sales tracking tools Material handling and loading/unloading Verbal and written communication
