Previous inside sales experience working with industrial tools is required to be considered for this position. Responsibilities Assist customers by phone and email Build and maintain strong customer relationships Prepare quotes and process sales orders Learn company products and provide knowledgeable product support Help customers identify products that meet their needs Deliver exceptional customer service Perform basic computer and data entry tasks Work closely with team members to meet customer needs Qualifications Previous inside sales experience with industrial tools is
