Requirements Insurance License:

Willing to obtain Property, Casualty (license support available)

Insurance License:

Sales and Customer Service Experience:

Proven experience in sales and customer service is essential.

Strong ability to communicate effectively.

Learning Attitude:

Willingness to continuously learn about new products and services. Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively for informed decision-making. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities Develop relationships and networks throughout the community Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and understandably. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain ac curate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
