Sales Supervisor:
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Sales Leader to lead and develop a contact center sales team. This role is not simply about supervising employees, it requires a proven sales leader who can sell, coach, motivate, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of sales leadership, understands the dynamics of a high-volume contact center, and knows how to translate sales goals into measurable results. You should be comfortable jumping into the business, leading by example, coaching agents on sales techniques, analyzing performance, and holding the team accountable for achieving revenue targets. You will oversee daily sales operations, drive conversion and revenue performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and create a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development.Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing contact center sales team focused on revenue, conversion, and customer experience. Lead by example and demonstrate strong sales skills by understanding the sales process, handling customer interactions, and demonstrating effective selling techniques. Coach sales agents on sales techniques, objection handling, closing, upselling, cross-selling, and conversion strategies. Monitor and analyze key sales and contact center performance metrics, including conversion, revenue, productivity, call quality, and individual/team performance. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews, providing clear, constructive, and actionable feedback. Identify performance gaps and develop targeted coaching and action plans to improve results. Motivate, inspire, and hold employees accountable while creating a positive, competitive, and high-performance sales culture. Recognize and develop top performers while addressing underperformance quickly and effectively. Monitor daily call center activities and ensure the team is operating efficiently and meeting business objectives. Review sales performance reports and use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring immediate attention. Partner with leadership, Training, Quality, and other departments to improve sales performance and the overall customer experience. Ensure sales processes, policies, and procedures are consistently followed. Escalate operational, employee, or performance issues to management as appropriate. Help recruit, onboard, and develop strong sales talent to build a sustainable high-performing team. Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively coach the team. Continuously identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve conversion, and maximize the productivity of the sales organization. Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume sales environment. Minimum 5 years of contact center experience, with significant experience leading sales teams. Proven track record of personally delivering strong sales results and leading teams to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of contact center sales metrics, KPIs, conversion strategies, and performance management.Demonstrated ability to establish effective and collaborative working relationships built on trust, accountability, and respect.
