THE ROLE

As an Assistant Property Supervisor, you'll support our property management team in maintaining and enhancing our Kern County portfolio out of our Tehachapi office. You'll assist with showing properties, daily operations, tenant relations, administrative tasks, and real estate sales as opportunities arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with tenant showings, move-ins, and move-outs Process rent payments and manage collection procedures Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling Conduct property inspections and document conditions Prepare and maintain accurate property records Handle tenant communications and resolve concerns Support marketing efforts for vacant units Assist with lease renewals and compliance documentation Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions

WHAT YOU BRING

Active California Real Estate License (Required) Prior property management or customer service experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Familiarity with the Kern County market and surrounding areas a plus LRS Realty & Management, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
