In this role, you will work directly with customers, learn AT&T Fiber offerings, support daily sales activities, and help create a positive customer experience. What You'll Do Support daily sales activities and help the team meet performance goals. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide information about AT&T Fiber services. Assist with customer questions, product information, and account-related concerns. Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, and professional development activities. Help coordinate daily team activities and maintain clear communication across the team. Track customer interactions and provide accurate updates to support consistent sales and customer service.
