Position Overview The AT&T Enrollment Representative will play a key role in engaging potential customers, presenting AT&T Residential services, and driving sales performance across assigned territories. This position requires confidence, consistency, and a strong focus on customer engagement and sales conversion. AT&T Enrollment Representative Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers and educate them on AT&T Residential services to drive sales. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain a high level of outbound sales activity through calls, presentations, and follow-ups. Build strong customer relationships to improve sales conversion rates. Track and report sales performance metrics accurately. Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
