Strong organizational skills to handle both daily operations and long-term strategic growth. Responsibilities Lead your daily operations with a focus on delivering excellent service to your clients. Coach and inspire your team members to refine their sales approach and achieve personal milestones. Monitor agency performance metrics to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with local families and business owners to better protect their interests.
