Entry Level Assistant Manager

T&E Management is on the move, and we are looking for the next generation of leaders to grow with us. We are hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to join our team. This Entry Level Assistant Manager role will involve being actively involved in sales, customer service, and the day-to-day business operations that keep our team running at a high level. Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Work directly alongside senior management to learn business sales, team leadership, and customer service execution Build and maintain strong customer relationships through direct sales outreach and personalized telecommunication services Support daily sales activity by tracking performance, identifying opportunities, and helping the team hit and exceed targets Stay up to date on all services to be an expert in this position Assist in managing business sales, customer feedback, and metric performance to help drive smarter sales decisions Take on growing responsibility in territory management, team coordination, and customer-facing business strategy

Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:

A natural leader who is coachable, and ready to grow fast in a performance-driven business Strong communicator who can connect with diverse customers Ability to show up with energy and positive attitude Genuine interest in sales, customer service, and building a business career Prior experience in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus Entry-level candidates are fully welcome; we develop our Assistant Managers from the ground up

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
