This role plays a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our collision center by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries related to the collision center. Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines with technicians and customers. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts orders, and customer information. Assist with billing processes and ensure timely follow-up on payments. Communicate effectively with insurance companies and vendors as needed. Support the collision center team with administrative duties to promote efficient operations. Requirements Previous administrative experience, preferably in an automotive or collision center setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using scheduling or management software. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $17.00 - $18.00, paid weekly.
