Overview We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Agent to join our team. This position is suited for individual with a background in customer service , hospitality, management, or sales who are interested in developing a career in insurance sales. You will work directly with prospective clients to understand their needs, explain product options, and assist throughout the enrollment process. Training and support are provided. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through warm calling and outbound calls to generate interest in our products Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer needs and presenting personalized solutions Utilize CRM software to track leads Manage customer interactions Update sales pipelines efficiently Build strong client relationships through professional, confident communication Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales effectiveness Skills Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively Experience or familiarity with sales, management, or hospitality preferred Experience with outbound calling and customer service is desirable but not required Ability to adapt quickly to new technology

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
