You will work directly with local residents across the region and neighboring cities to provide expert consultations on the latest mobile devices and unlimited data plans. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, you will undergo structured training in territory leadership and high-impact sales strategies. The Entry Level Assistant Manager position acts as a vital bridge between our AT&T campaign goals and the local community, focusing on strategic subscriber growth. You will manage the entire acquisition process, from conducting initial in-person assessments to the final digital activation of new mobile accounts. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager representative, you are responsible for maintaining brand integrity while delivering consistent sales results that align with our expansion targets. What Will I Be Doing as an Entry Level Assistant Manager? Execute daily outreach initiatives throughout Lee County to introduce potential customers to exclusive mobile promotions.. Conduct in-person personalized consultations to evaluate household cellular needs, driving sales by matching residents with AT&T service. Manage the end-to-end enrollment workflow, including credit qualification, device selection, and the digital processing of new customer accounts.
