Key Responsibilities Lead energetic in-person consultations that position AT&T cell phones and 5G+ coverage as the market leader in residential connectivity Close sales by executing accurate, professional enrollments — upgrades and unlimited plans activated correctly the first time Showcase AT&T's latest device and plan innovations, including cybersecurity and emergency connectivity features that matter to households Walk customers through clear, side-by-side trade-in assessments that build trust and repeat business Explain AT&T's 5G+ performance in terms that connect to real life — smoother streaming, faster gaming, reliable family communication Collaborate with team leads and fellow Management Associates to refine sales tactics and strengthen AT&T's local market share Shadow team leads on coaching, goal-setting, and daily team management as you build toward taking on leadership responsibilities yourself Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus, but not required Confident, resilient communicator who's comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment Reliable transportation Able to work full-time This role comes with structured training, hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, and a real path into management — not just a paycheck.
