We combine craftsmanship, clarity, and next-generation systems to deliver a world-class customer experience. We are hiring a Sales Consultant & Project Supervisor — a hybrid role for someone who can sell, lead in the field, and confidently represent the brand. What You'll Do Sell residential, commercial, and new-construction projects (annual target $1.1M) Maintain ~45%+ sales ratio and deliver 7-8 proposals per week Walk job sites, meet GCs, architects, property managers, and homeowners Oversee job quality, customer satisfaction, subcontractor compliance, and change orders Visit active projects weekly to ensure safety, quality, and communication standards Capture photos/videos on-site for marketing (media training provided) Secure customer testimonials, support marketing initiatives, and create content used in brand storytelling Work closely with our remote production/admin team to keep logistics tight and professional Participate in weekly sales training, NEPQ role-play, and continuous development Non-Negotiable Candidate Requirements Experience 3-5+ years in construction, coatings, painting, roofing, GC work, or trades Ability to confidently walk a jobsite and communicate with: GCs Maintenance supervisors Property managers Architects & engineers Familiarity with: Stucco, drywall, wood, metal, concrete Coating systems (primer/finish, interior/exterior) Prep standards, scopes, basic plan reading Experience supervising subs or crews Communication & Media Must be comfortable on camera (selfie videos, walkthroughs, testimonials) Strong customer communication and follow-up discipline Mindset & Work Style Hunter mentality — networking, referrals, self-generated leads High accountability, coachability, and professionalism Willing to work evenings/weekends as needed for customer schedules Preferred Former estimator, PM, superintendent, paint foreman, coatings rep, or similar Residential or commercial contracting experience Bilingual English/Spanish a strong advantage What You'll Need Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Clean, professional presentation Tech comfort with CRM, CompanyCam, PaintScout (we will train quickly)
Compensation Base Salary:
$52,000/year
OTE:
$95,000-$104,000/year at target performance
Commission:
Paid on Gross Profit (6-9% residential, 4-7% commercial/new construction) depending on lead source
Production Incentive:
2% monthly GP bonus when production targets are hit
Review & Media Bonuses:
